Bill specializes in personal (strength) training, advanced and beginner exercise program design, lifestyle coaching, pain management, athletic speed and agility training, and fat loss hormone therapy. 

 

 

In my experiences most people need guidance through exercise and eating habits. My goal is to hold people accountable to their goals and teach them the fundamentals surrounding strength training and food choices. Short term goals are for you to always leave our gym feeling accomplished. In the long term, my goal is to give you the tools and knowledge so that you don't need me.

I enjoy helping other in achieving their fitness goals. I've always had an interest and passion for fitness even when there wasn't a gym available. I started my road to fitness with video tapes and very little direction. Since moving to Waterloo and working in the St. Louis area, I have been able to take advantage of gym memberships and pursuing certifications in group exercise, indoor cycling and personal training.    I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have become very passionate about helping others in their fitness journey.

Growing up, I battled my own issues with weight and found that with a proper exercise routine and healthy eating, I am finally able to live a happier and more balanced life. Everyone, no matter their fitness level or ability can benefit from increased physical activity and healthier eating habits. I want to provide clients with a program that is effective and that they feel comfortable with, helping them to obtain their goals while motivating them to be their best.
